Sooo it's my birthday today!!!!!! woohoo.. yes i am an april fools baby, and had many awful april fool jokes played on me when i was little by my brothers... but there was no april fools joke in this gorgeous present i got from my man this morning!! loving my new maniamania necklace.... more pics to come soon of my birthday!

Today's etsy shop that caught my eye is kjoo ... I'm really intrigued on how these are made... definitely not something you see everyday which is really cool.  I'm really diggin the gold fiber necklace... i think it will go nicely with the 70's vibe floating round at the moment... hmm it also comes in silver or copper... decisions are killing me!!

I get a daily notification email via my google alerts for anything chase dakota related.  Usually i get an awful lot of sites dedicated to wrestling, i think there is a wrestler by the name of chase dakota in the states.. fun fact!.  Anyway, i stumbled across this lovely post on Trend Hunter. Flattered as always even when someone says they like my stuff, let alone post about it!!... so i would like to say thank you Carly Foy for the post.

Burnt orange, bright orange, neon orange, or even just plain orange.  This colour seams to be the centre of attention at the moment... and i'm lovin it. It's refreshing to see winter looks with big pops of colour... especially orange... rather than the normal black and grey combinations.  These are some orange pieces on my shopping wishlist at the moment.  Have fun with it!

At the Village Markets last weekend i picked up this amazing vintage mexican jacket!! It's soo cute and i couldn't wait to where it... i love the length of the sleeves, and they actually have an awesome kimono style cut which you can't see so much in the pictures... but i promise it's there lol.
